For what this was it was quite creepy for sure. Was not able to beat this sadly haha. Got to 4/6 shrines and died. Demon is quite hard to banish it seems like. Made a video on it.
Concise horror with a very clear objective- scary setting with a cool monster. If I were to suggest anything for this game it would be to give the demon some more movement animations and maybe some misleading howls in the night to confuse the player on its position.
I played your game in my video here (and one other game) and gave more specific feedback about it. If you want, you can vote for your game on my channels community page to advance in my channels contest for best indie horror game of january. I'll be 3D printing a monster or scene from the winning game to give to the games dev!
Nice this was very good game I though and I tried kill the demon just curious if it works but sadly I die but still like the game anyway well done keep it up!
The game looks great, interesting premise. Yet, sadly, it is just unplayable.
I did read the instructions with the map and using the cross, but there is no clear indication of how you are supposed to move from the "invisible wall block", literally every step I take around the 360 degree radius, I get blocked by a wall and it won't let me pass.
I hope this gets fixed and maybe the next player can enjoy the game. Good luck.
Hi, again. I don't really understand the invisible wall idea, unless you want to restrict your player completely. To your question about the shrine - was there an indication or a control prompt that suggested placing the shrine?
I got it. Found the starting point for the first Shrine (even thou it is super dark and very difficult to see). Moved on from that and, yeah. Like I said, not a bad looking game, but the map function is uncomfortable to use, because the player has to pause the game and look at the map. I would be easy to have a certain key binding, like with the cross to hide/unhide the map - much easier. Found the monster - decent looking and creepy, sadly, instant kill. Once again, good luck with the game, I do hope 2 major suggestions about the darkness of the game and the map will be considered. Best to you!

I intentionally put up a invisible wall so people wouldn't leave the starting area. Did you place down the shrine?
